The last day of Cellsbutton#02 activities was filled with a presentation from Craig Walsh (Australia), Sarah Bond (Asialink) and Venzha Christ (HONF). This presentation was an artist talk for an exhibition called ‘Streetworks: Inside Outside Yokohama’ in Jogja Gallery, Yogyakarta from 20 August to 7 September 2008.  The exhibition that was brought to Yogyakarta by The Australian Embassy, presented the works of Australian artists Shaun Gladwell and Craig Walsh which explores the urban grunge culture of skateboarding, hip hop and graffiti to render barren pockets of urban landscapes into dramatic filmic sequences and video.
On this artist talk session, Craig presented a brief explanation about his past works and his inspiration and concept on his work called ‘Cross Reference’, a projection installation that he worked on from 2004. Craig has been known for his creative projection installations responding public spaces, events and theatres. In his works, he brought simple concepts adoptable to the space he would encounter in presenting his works. In this exhibition he also displayed a miniature warehouse that creates an interaction with the projection inside the gallery.
Sarah continued the session explaining Asialink programs such as artists exchange programs between Australian and Asian artists, focusing in mutual cultural exchanges between two continents. She also added the vision of Asialink in connecting introducing artists from Australia such as Shaun Gladwell and Craig Walsh by supporting this exhibition that also has been held in Jakarta, Indonesia. Several interesting projects that has been supported by Asialink were showed by Sarah in her presentation.


The session was closed by the presentation from Venzha. He presented The House of Natural Fiber (HONF) and its’ projects such as annual festivals called Cellsbutton – Yogyakarta International Media Art Festival and YIVF – Yogyakarta International Videowork Festival. As Venzha explain to the audience of HONF mission in applying Education Focus Program (EFP) to the society of Yogyakarta is to facilitate the society in references, information and international connections of art and technology. Venzha also gave a brief explanation on Yogyakarta art scene, atmospheric and dynamic situations. He ended his presentation with an explanation on his past public projects as a media artist. Exploring the public spaces using advanced technology, Venzha exploration in experimental sound art using analog equipments was done illegally in which he broke/bend the systems in forbidden restricted area to do his art.
