Unofficial cells agenda  Early arrivals of Cellsbutton#02 participants have always been a heavy (eyes) task and small touring task for HONF members. This time, it was Olivier Schulbaum and Susana Noguero from Platoniq (Spain) who gets a little cultural visits (or more precisely coffee visits) around Yogyakarta. Arriving from Bali at 7 AM in Adi Sucipto airport, HONF took them to a cozy café in Seturan area Yogyakarta for a quick break of coffee. The tour was continued to Pakualaman’s castle where a small place traditional of ice cream fruit salad was located. Emma who also participate on the tour was delightful to taste the fruit salad with several elementary school kids were entertaining Olivier and Susana with their traditional handmade paper shotgun. Different tour was given for Miha Horvat from son:DA, Slovenia, who joined HONF technical meeting with SMPN 5 junior high school for the workshop on 15 August 2008. Miha have the chance to meet the robot community in SMPN 5 junior high school before the workshops. The technical meeting suddenly changed into a quick presentation to the kids who have no idea what’s going on with the festival and also media art. It’s a quick introduction as Miha brief explanation about media art background in Slovenia, Europe.   Lots of things happened outside cells agenda such as, Emma’s trip to Taman Budaya Yogyakarta (Cultural Centre Yogyakarta), Ira’s Exhibition, hang out at Kinoki café, futsal, swimming and even artist tekken death match at the homestay becoming daily activities for the participants and HONF members. To have much fun in busy schedules are becoming primary needs for all personnel. Luckily with all the limitation of time and spaces, unofficial cells agenda were made creatively by the desire to have fun. .jpg) .jpg) |
